Well used but functional. Snap-on electroset Platt locking black briefcase storage too box w/ tool inserts. The case is by Platt per the name plate handle and an inside tag. Behind the inserts are pockets and storage compartments.

The inserts are in good shape as the internal Snaps and buttons on inside some of liner is coming up you can see last photo. The case measures about 18 x 12.5 6. The case shows external wear but remains solid. It was possibly purpose built for Snap as the inserts, which are marked Snap-on electroset fit perfectly and have matching Snaps buckles.

The combination lock is currently open and set a 007. Personally I would not mess with it. Name plate by the handle has tarnish. All 3 latches work.
